Refund Policy

Last Updated: 7/22/2026

At SystemCore, we strive to deliver unparalleled high-quality digital products, custom bespoke services, and advanced software solutions. Because our work is largely custom-tailored, instantly delivered digitally, and often highly irreversible once the intellectual property is transferred, our refund policy is strictly and massively defined to protect the time, effort, and creative capital of our designers, video editors, and software engineers.

1. Massive Breakdown of Custom Services (Design, Editing, Development)

Custom service projects require extensive upfront planning, massive brainstorming sessions, and significant time investments before a single pixel is pushed or a single line of code is written. Therefore, our refund structures are highly phased.

Initial Pre-Production Phase: If you request an absolute cancellation of a custom project before any actual creative or technical work has commenced (i.e., before the first draft, sketch, or wireframe is initiated), we will issue a full refund of your deposit, minus any massive, non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by our payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal fees).

Work-in-Progress & Delivery Phase: Once a massive project has commenced and initial concepts, video rough cuts, or code prototypes have been delivered to you for review, refunds will generally not be provided under any circumstances. If you unilaterally choose to terminate a project mid-way, you will be billed for the massive amount of hours worked or the percentage of the project completed up to that exact point. Any outstanding balance must be paid immediately, and absolutely no refunds will be issued for the initial deposit, as it covers the foundational labor.

2. Exhaustive Revisions and Subjective Modifications

We are deeply committed to your ultimate satisfaction. Most of our massive service packages include a predefined, extensive set of revisions. We will work incredibly closely with you to massively refine the product based on your direct feedback.

However, refund requests based solely on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., "I just don't like the vibe") after multiple agreed-upon revisions have been completed will not be honored. Design, art, and UI/UX are inherently subjective fields. We provide massive opportunities for course correction during the drafting and wireframing phases. If you approve a wireframe or storyboard, and we build the final product based on that approved foundation, subjective refunds are impossible.

3. Strict Policy on Digital Products and Downloads

Any instantly downloadable digital products, massive UI templates, video editing preset packs, or software assets purchased from the Spark Marketplace are strictly and irrevocably non-refundable. By completing the massive purchase process and accessing the digital download link, you legally acknowledge that you lose your massive right of withdrawal. Digital goods cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense, making refunds impossible to process fairly.

4. Ongoing Service Retainers and Monthly Subscriptions

For ongoing, massive services (such as monthly video editing retainers, dedicated software maintenance, or intensive social media management), you may cancel your subscription at any given time to prevent any future billing cycles.

However, we absolutely do not offer prorated refunds for the current massive billing cycle if the cancellation occurs after the cycle has started. When a cycle begins, we allocate massive human resources and server bandwidth to your account for that entire month.

5. Severe Consequences for Fraudulent Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly, massively encourage clients to reach out to our dedicated support team to resolve any potential issues before contacting their bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Opening a fraudulent chargeback or an aggressive payment dispute without attempting to resolve the massive issue with us first is a direct, severe violation of our terms. Doing so will result in an immediate, permanent, massive ban from all SystemCore services, including a global blacklist from Rabbit Bot across all your servers. We reserve the absolute right to fiercely contest the dispute by providing massive amounts of evidence of delivered work, communication logs, and signed contracts to your financial institution.

6. Massive Contact Procedures for Refund Requests

To officially request a massive refund or discuss an emergency cancellation, you must contact your designated SystemCore project manager directly via our official Discord infrastructure, or email our massive support network at hello@sparkdev.online. Every massive request is reviewed individually by our senior management team, and massive exceptions may be made at our sole, absolute discretion under highly extenuating circumstances.
