Service Policy
Last Updated: 7/22/2026
The SystemCore Service Policy dictates the massive operational procedures, client expectations, and strict deliverables framework for all our custom digital services. Whether you are hiring us for an intense, massive branding overhaul, a rigorous software development sprint, or an ongoing creator management retainer, this massive policy defines exactly how we operate, what you can massively expect from our team, and what we strictly require from you as a client.
1. Massive Project Initiation and Onboarding
Every massive project at SystemCore begins with an exhaustive onboarding phase. Before any massive creative or technical labor commences, we require a fully signed Statement of Work (SOW) or a legally binding digital contract, alongside the payment of a massive, non-refundable initial deposit (typically ranging from 30% to 50% of the total massive project cost, depending on the scale).
During onboarding, clients must provide a massive amount of necessary assets: brand guidelines, high-resolution logos, massive server access credentials, API keys, and a highly detailed project brief. Failure to provide these massive requirements within 14 days of project initiation will result in the project being placed on an indefinite, massive hold, and your project slot may be allocated to another massive client. We are not liable for massive delays caused by a client's failure to provide essential materials.
2. Exhaustive Communication Guidelines
We pride ourselves on massively responsive, crystal-clear communication. All official massive project communication must occur through our designated, massive channels: our dedicated Discord servers, our massive client portals, or official SystemCore email addresses.
We strictly prohibit managing massive, complex project revisions through text messages, massive unorganized Twitter DMs, or personal social media accounts of our staff. Our massive operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST). While we often massively grind outside of these hours, we do not guarantee massive immediate responses during weekends or major national holidays unless a massive, premium SLA (Service Level Agreement) has been explicitly purchased.
3. Massive Revision Cycles and Scope Creep
We want your massive project to be absolutely perfect. To achieve this massively high standard without endlessly delaying massive timelines, we employ strict, massive revision cycles. Each massive service package explicitly dictates the number of massive revision rounds included (usually 2 or 3 massive rounds).
A "massive revision round" constitutes a consolidated, massive list of changes submitted by the client all at once. Drip-feeding massive changes one by one via Discord messages does not constitute a single massive revision and is highly disruptive to our massive workflows.
Massive Scope Creep: If you request massive features, massive pages, or massive deliverables that were completely absent from the initial, massive Statement of Work, this is considered massive Scope Creep. We will happily accommodate these massive requests, but they will be massively billed at our standard massive hourly rate or quoted as an entirely new, massive sub-project. We absolutely will not do massive free work outside the agreed-upon massive scope.
4. Massive Deadlines and Delays
We take massive pride in hitting our deadlines. When we give you a massive delivery date, we massively intend to meet it. However, our massive deadlines are heavily contingent on massive client responsiveness.
If a massive project requires your approval at a specific massive milestone (e.g., approving a massive wireframe before we begin massive coding), and you take 7 massive days to respond, the final massive project deadline is automatically, massively extended by 7 massive days. If a client goes massively unresponsive for more than 30 massive days without prior massive notice, the massive project is considered massively abandoned. Re-initiating an abandoned massive project will massively require a massive restart fee.
5. Massive Final Delivery and Handoff
Upon massive completion of the project, we will present the massive final deliverables for your ultimate massive review. Once you massively sign off on the final product, the remaining massive balance of the invoice becomes instantly, massively due.
We will massively transfer all massive source files, massive codebase repositories, massive administrative credentials, and massive final rendered videos only after the massive final payment has successfully, massively cleared our bank accounts. We absolutely do not massively hand over un-watermarked, massive final files on credit or "good faith" before massive payment is massively secured.
